Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes about 3-5 working days after the purchase is made. Delivery of items will be fulfilled by our third party logistics partner.

Tracking number will be provided with the email notification once order is shipped.

We provide free delivery for orders above $60!

For orders below $60, there will be a standard delivery fee of $5 per order.

We ship only within Singapore currently.

Unfortunately, self-collection service is unavailable at this moment.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our Customer Service team here. When submitting your request, please make sure to include:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the Item
  • Reason for return
  • Item Photo


Once we receive your enquiry, our team will review your case and advise you on the appropriate next steps based on the type of return.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition — packaging must remain sealed, unused, and free from any marks or damage.
  • Bundle or set purchases must be returned in full — individual components cannot be returned separately.
  • Return shipping fees are not covered by Oher — customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back.

Opened and/or used item will not be eligible for exchange.

Please hold on to everything. Do not discard any items related to the issue, as Oher may arrange for the product to be collected for review..

We don't offer samples or trials at the moment.
